While the photographer Gadliger works in reality and prefers to get people in front of his lens, the artistic draughtsman Gadliger likes to turn to apparitions from the dream world, such as animal figures, which he deforms and combines with abstract elements. Snapshots of external and internal states come together. Gadliger prefers the small format. The grand gesture is far from his mind. His art is to be discovered up close. The A4 format imposes limitations. But the narrowness here is a section of the expanse. The same size always serves as a hatch that draws the eye into the distance.
